摘要
结构色是一种由光与微纳结构相互作用而形成的颜色,因高亮度、不褪色和无污染的特性而引起关注,并成为一种有前景的纺织着色候选技术。文章简要介绍了结构色产生的各种机理,重点归纳了纺织品结构色着色的最新技术方法,包括利用单层或多层薄膜和三维微纳光子结构等产生结构色的纤维和织物,最后还对结构色纤维、面料的制备技术进行了展望。
Structural coloration is the production of color by micro-nano structured surfaces fine enough to interfere with visible light.It has attracted great attention worldwide and become a promising coloring technology for textile industry owing to its high brightness,fadeless,and pollution-free characteristics.The paper introduces the relevant mechanisms of structural coloration,and summarizes the latest techniques related to structural coloration of textiles,including single-layer or multi-layer films and three-dimensional micro-nano photonic structures.In the end,the paper looks forward to the preparation technologies of structural colored fibers and fabrics.
