化工企业自备电厂有功功率,一般通过微机保护装置、微机测控装置、励磁装置、有功功率变送器测得,分别用于机组保护、测量、无功控制、有功控制。由于电流和电压互感器安装位置、各类测量设备精度、升压变压器损耗、电缆传输干扰等原因,造成有功功率不一致,给日常运行管理带来不便。为此尝试更换电缆和功率变送器,直到最终满足日常运行需要。

The active power of the power plant owned by the chemical enterprise is generally measured by the microcomputer protection device,the microcomputer measurement and control device,the excitation device and the active power transmitter,which are respectively used for unit protection,measurement,reactive control and active control.Due to the installation position of current and voltage transformer,the different accuracy of various measuring equipment,the loss of step-up transformer,cable transmission interference and other reasons,the active power is inconsistent,which brings inconvenience to the daily operation management.For this purpose,the cable and power transmitter were replaced until the daily operation needs were finally met.
