摘要
介绍了福清核电#4机组装料准备阶段主变停役检修项目中项目经理制管理模式的应用。通过项目范围、工作分解结构、干系人分析,确定了项目的组织机构及进度计划,依据项目管理中安全管理、质量管理、进度管理的方法,结合核电的管理体系及主变检修工作的特点,制定针对性的管控措施,取得了积极的效果,并对存在的不足进行了剖析。
The application of project manager management mode in the main transformer outage maintenance project ofFuqing Nuclear Power Unit 4 during the loading preparation stage was introduced.Through the analysis of project scope and stakeholders,work breakdown structure,the organizational structure and scheduled plan of the project was determined.According to the methods of safety management,quality management and schedule management in project management,combined with the characteristics of nuclear power management system and main transformer overhaul work,pertinent control measures were formulated,which had achieved positive results,and the existing shortcomings were analyzed.
