东北三省玉米收储供应链模式选择机理研究

The Research on Selection Mechanism of Maize Purchasing and Storage Supply Chain Model of Three Northeast Provinces of China

针对东北玉米收储主体市场化不成熟和供应链断链的问题,选择以收储为主营业务的产后服务主体,归纳以其为核心的收储供应链模式,按绩效增排序得出:国家补贴型、关系型、带设备上门收购型、长期储存型、质量优型、综合最优型。各模式均有存在的必然性,相对综合最优型,核心主体的储存能力和销售方式、收购资金获得渠道、储存能力和时间分别对选择长期储存型、质量优型、国家补贴型有负向影响,建立仓储方式、地区因素、买家履约、烘干能力、企业规模分别对选择长期储存型、质量优型、国家级补贴型、关系型有正向影响。为推进综合最优型,政府要为产后服务主体提供分类供应链管理培训,差异化的补贴,收储相关信息发布的激励,收储供应链金融实施的信息平台支持等。

Because of the immaturity and supply chain break confusing those market players existing at the northeast maize market of purchasing and storage,we choose the postpartum service firms taking purchasing and storage as their primary business and summarize the purchasing and storage supply chain model with those market players as the core.We come to a conclusion according to the incremental order of performance:state-subsidized model,relationship model,the model of door-to-door purchasing with equipment,long-term storage model,excellent quality model,and comprehensive optimal model.Each model has its necessity to exist.Compared with comprehensive optimum type,the storage capacity and sales mode,acquisition channels,storage capacity and time of core subjects have negative effects on the selection of long-term storage type,high-quality type and state subsidy type.The establishment of storage mode,regional factors and buyers'performance,drying capacity and enterprise size have positive effects on the selection of long-term storage type,high-quality type,state subsidy type and relationship type.To advance the comprehensive optimal model,the government should provide classified supply chain management training,differentiated subsidies,incentives for the release of relevant information,information platform support for supply chain finance implementation and other types of services for those post-natal service providers.
