“新零售”环境下“盒马村”经济模式初探

Research on the Economic Mode of Hema Villages under the New Retail in China

"新零售"的发展引发供应链上游变化,带动了"新农业"的发展。以"盒马鲜生"为代表的生鲜类"新零售"与上游的农村供应端相结合,引发了经济模式的升级。本文在梳理了农村经济模式演变与"新零售"发展的基础上,对形成的农村集体经济模式——"盒马村"经济模式加以剖析,并结合传统模式对比式详细阐述其生产、供销模式;在归纳了原有模式局限性的基础上,总结出"盒马村"经济模式相较原有模式在人口、机制、信息、运输、渠道五方面的优势;探讨了"盒马村"经济模式的发展意义,认为这一模式符合社会主义市场经济下的供给侧改革,有利于构建现代化农村经济体系与城乡融合发展,是今后农村集体经济的发展趋势之一;在已有"盒马村"转型经验的基础上,提出一系列政策性意见,并分别对各相关利益主体提出针对性建议,用以帮助"盒马村"更好地开展多方合作,共同推进"盒马村"转型。

The development of"new retail"leads to changes in the upstream of the supply chain,which promotes the development of"new agriculture".The combination of fresh"new retail"represented by"Freshippo"and upstream rural supply has formed the new economic mode-"Hema village"economic mode.This paper analyzes the economic mode of"Hema village"after the description of the development of economic modes in rural areas and the form of"new retail",and describes the supply and marketing mode of"Hema village"in detail by comparing the traditional mode.This paper also proposes five advantages based on the summary of limitations of the original economic modes in rural areas,and discusses the development prospect of"Hema village"economic model.The results show that this mode is in line with the supply-side reform under the socialist market economy,which is conducive to the construction of modern rural economic system and the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and is one of the development trends of rural collective economy in the future.Based on the existing transformation experience of"Hema Village",this paper proposes a series of policy implications for relevant stakeholders respectively,so as to help"Hema Village"carry out better cooperation.
