With the change of international and domestic economic environment,the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry in China is inevitable.Through the analysis of the current situation of the industrial manufacturing of Shanghai Bureau Group Company and resource advan-tages of Shanghai Bureau,this article proposes deeply developing and making full use of all kinds of asset resources,promoting structural adjustments and layout optimization of the industrial chain of non-transport firms directly under Shanghai Bureau,and improving independent innovation ability and technical level to accelerate the transformation and upgrade of industrial manufacturing industry,which eventually help the railway bureau achieve the goal of robust business operations.
