中国糖尿病足溃疡患者预后危险因素研究进展

Advances in prognostic risk factors of diabetic foot ulcer in China

糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)是糖尿病严重并发症之一。评估DFU患者病情,正确识别其危险因素并合理干预,对预后起决定作用。高龄、高HbA1c、长病程、营养不良、更严重的局部特征是我国DFU患者预后主要的危险因素;心脑血管事件等与原发病相关,合并DFU时发生风险更高;单纯高血压病、高LDL-C、神经病变及肾功能衰竭不会出现严重的迁延不愈和危及生命的DFU。本文对我国DFU患者预后危险因素研究进展进行综述,为临床诊治DFU提供依据。

Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is one of the serious complications of diabetes.Assessing the condition of the patients,identifying risk factors,and reasonable intervention play a decisive role in the prognosis of DFU.Old age,high glycosylated hemoglobin,long course of disease,malnutrition and more serious local characteristics are main independent risk factors for the prognosis of DFU patients in China.Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events are more related to the primary disease,and the risk is higher when DFU is combined.Simple hypertension,high LDL-C,neuropathy,and renal failure will not worsen the persistent and life-threatening DFU.This article reviews the research progress of prognostic risk factors of patients with DFU in China,and provides basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
