交通引导产城融合:产业园区的TOD发展模式探索

Traffic Guidance Industry-City Integration:TOD Development Mode Exploration of Industrial Zone

在新时代高质量发展要求下,以"产城融合"为目标的产业园区发展模式成为新趋势。本文在把握传统产业园区交通特征的基础上,提出一套从宏观、中观到微观的TOD模式框架体系及发展策略,以交通为引导实现产业园区生产性功能与城市功能的互动融合,并以武汉经济技术开发区为例进行说明。

Under the requirements of high quality development in the new era,the new trend of Industrial zone is"industry-city integration".On the basis of traffic characteristics in traditional industrial zone,this paper puts forward a complete TOD framework system of macro,medium to micro,and also gives TOD development strategy at different levels to realize interactive integration of productive functions and urban functions.This paper also takes the Wuhan Economic&Technological Development Zone as a case to put forward the development countermeasure.
