浙江省综合交通发展国际对标研究

International Benchmarking of Integrated Transportation Development in Zhejiang Province

浙江省综合交通发展水平整体处于全国前列,将浙江省综合交通发展水平与世界交通强国对标,寻找浙江省综合交通与国际一流水平的差距,对于指出浙江省未来交通发展方向,为我国建设交通强国提供参考具有重要意义。本文从世界交通强国具有的基本特征入手,从基础设施、服务水平、经济性、安全性、可持续性、科技创新性六个方面,选择指标构建国际对标的指标体系,将浙江省与世界交通强国对标研究,并从基础设施、管理体制、协调机制等方面提出浙江省综合交通发展建议。

The level of integrated transportation development in Zhejiang Province ranks in the forefront of China.It is of significant importance to use the countries with developed transportation system as benchmarks to find out the development gap between Zhejiang and the region of world-class level,which can provide reference to build China’s strength in transportation.This paper starts with the features of countries with developed transportation system.Representative indexes are selected from the aspects of infrastructure,service,economy,safety,sustainability and innovation to build the international transportation standard framework.Based on the result of benchmarking of transportation development in Zhejiang Province and the transportation-developed countries,advice are given for the development of integrated transportation in Zhejiang Province from the aspects of infrastructure,management,coordination and so on.
