摘要
基于现有研究成果设计社会支持和工作-休闲冲突量表,选取苏州、无锡和常州6家五星级酒店一线员工为样本对象,实证研究社会支持对其工作-休闲冲突的影响。验证性因素分析表明,主管支持、同事支持和家庭支持是社会支持的重要指标。通过构建社会支持与工作-休闲冲突的结构方程模型,发现主管支持对酒店一线员工的工作-休闲冲突具有显著负向影响,而同事支持和家庭支持影响不显著。文章最后给出了缓解酒店一线员工工作-休闲冲突的对策建议。
Based on the research results of Anderson and King,the scale of social support and work-leisure conflict is designed,and then six front-line employees of five-star hotels in Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou are selected as samples to empirically study the impact of social support on work-leisure conflict.Confirmative factor analysis shows that supervisor support,colleague support and family support are important indicators of social support.By constructing the structural equation model of the conflict between social support and work-leisure,it is found that supervisor support has a significant negative impact on the work-leisure conflict of front-line Hotel employees,while colleague support and family support have no significant impact.Finally,the article gives some suggestions to alleviate the conflict between work and leisure of front-line staff in hotels.
