耐温超滤膜在焦化废水处理中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用耐温型环氧树脂,结合高性能热致相分离(TIPS)法聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜丝制备出可耐温的TIPS法PVDF超滤膜组件,将其应用在焦化废水深度处理回用项目中.结果表明,耐温TIPS法PVDF超滤膜运行稳定,高温清洗(50℃)的效果明显优于常规清洗(30~35℃)的效果,并且大幅改善了振动膜的进水水质从而延长了振动膜的清洗周期,为难处理的焦化废水深度处理回用提供了一种新的思路. In combination with polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)fiber with good performance produced via thermally induced phase separation(TIPS)and a temperature-resistant epoxy resin,a temperature-tolerance PVDF ultrafiltration membrane module was fabricated,which was used in coking wastewater advanced treatment recycle project.The results showed the stable operation and a significantly improvement of the cleaning effect that in the high-temperature(50℃)environment compared with that in conventional cleaning environment(30~35℃).Moreover,the cleaning period of vibrating membrane was extended due to the significantly improvement of the feed quality.This paper provides a new way for advanced treatment and reuse of coal coking wastewater.
