纤维连接蛋白EDA片段拷贝数变异在乳腺癌诊断及预后评价中的意义

Clinical study on detection of copy number of fibronectin EDA fragment in patients with breast cancer

目的:探讨纤维连接蛋白EDA片段拷贝数变化在乳腺癌诊断及预后评价中的意义。方法 :选取100例乳腺癌手术患者的癌灶及癌旁组织标本,采用AccuCopy TM多重基因拷贝数检测技术进行纤维连接蛋白EDA片段拷贝数检测。结果:76%癌灶呈EDA片段多拷贝状态,只有2%癌旁组织呈多拷贝状态。依据淋巴结转移情况将患者分为无转移、1~3枚转移、≥4枚转移3组,癌组织标本EDA片段多拷贝比例分别为21.4%、68.8%、94.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);依据Ki67表达情况将患者分为≤20%、20%~50%、>50%3组,癌组织标本EDA片段多拷贝比例分别为20.0%、79.2%、94.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纤维连接蛋白EDA片段拷贝数检测可以辅助诊断乳腺癌,对患者预后有一定指导意义。

Objective: To investigate the changes of the copy number of fibronectin EDA fragment in breast cancer patients in order to guide the clinic in diagnosis and prognosis. Methods: The AccuCopy TM multiple gene copy number detection technique was used to detect the copy number of fibronectin EDA fragment in 100 breast cancer patients with cancer focus and paracancerous specimens. Results: 76% of the tumors showed multiple copies of EDA fragments, and only 2% of the paracancerous tissues showed multiple copies. According to the situation of lymph node metastasis and the expression of Ki67, the patients were divided into three groups: no metastasis, 1 ~3 metastasis, ≥4 metastasis, and ≤20%, 20% ~50%, >50% group. The proportion of multiple copies of EDA fragments in each group was 21.4%, 68.8%,94.4% and 20%, 79.2% and 94.6%, respectively. Conclusion: The study on the copy number of fibronectin EDA fragment in patients with breast cancer in Xinjiang provides a basis for auxiliary diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
