摘要
以抛物线-圆弧型封头为研究对象,运用数值模拟方法对抛物线-圆弧型封头应力状态进行计算分析,设计并优化一种新型的抛物线-圆弧型封头。主要包括对抛物线-圆弧型封头建立有限元模型并进行数值模拟;以抛物线-圆弧型封头整体应力强度最小化为优化目标,利用集成优化软件对抛物线-圆弧型封头进行数值优化分析;利用线性化路径评定应力强度。结果表明优化后的应力强度比优化前减小了4.27%,比优化过程中最大工况减小了16.67%。优化变量的变化对于抛物线-圆弧型封头与筒体组成的整体结构产生了很大的影响。
Head is animportant component in pressure vessel,and its shape is closely related to the stress distribution and its critical load,which will affect the safety in operation of pressure vessel.In this paper,the parabolic-arc head was studied.By establishing a finite element model,the numerical simulation for parabolic-arc head was carried out.It was to minimize the overall stress intensity of the parabolic-arc head as the optimization target,by using integrated optimization software to carry out numericaloptimumanalysis for parabolic-arc head,and then the stress intensity was assessed in accordance with stress classification method.It was showed that the optimized stress intensity had been reduced by 4.27%compared with that before optimization,and been reduced by 16.67%compared with that in the maximum working condition in the optimization process.The variation of the optimization variables has a great influence on the overall structure of the parabolic-arc head and the cylinder.
