摘要
化工设备制造常常使用低合金钢爆炸复合不锈钢材料,针对这种焊缝的焊接质量控制使用PAUT检测技术从基层发射的二次波能否用来检测发现缺陷,作了演示实验和研究,可以得到满意的效果。二次波可以应用于工程检测实践。
Low alloy explosive composite steel is often applied in manufacture of process equipment.For the welding quality of this material,whether 1th reflected wave emitted from base plate using PAUT detective technique can be used to find defects in welds was experimented and studied.It was concluded that satisfactory result can be obtained,and 1th reflected wave detective technique can be applied in engineering.
