摘要
纤维增强塑料制作的耐腐蚀设备基于其高强度、足够的刚度以及优良的耐腐蚀特性得到广泛应用,满足众多领域的复杂腐蚀环境。其设计安全系数选择的正确合理不仅是设计出技术先进、质量可靠、经济合理又安全适用设备的前提,也是有效控制设备的运行安全风险的基础,对装置安全稳定运行至关重要。介绍了纤维增强材料的特性及主要力学性能指标,通过对比分析国内外相关纤维增强塑料设备设计和建造标准,对纤维增强塑料设备的设计准则和安全系数选择进行了详细阐述,从材料性能验证方式等五个角度,对比分析了国内外相关标准中关于设计安全系数规定的异同,并指出标准中的个别不当之处。并给出了正确选择设计安全系数的几点注意事项。
The anticorrosive equipment made of fiber reinforced plastic is widely used due to its characteristics of high strength,enough rigidity and superior anticorrosion,which can meet complex corrosion environments in many fields.In design of this kind of equipment,correct and appropriate selection of the factor of safety is the premise of advanced technology,reliable quality,economical cost and safe application as well as the basis of effectively controlling the risks in operation,which is essential for the equipment with safe and stable operation.In this paper,the characteristics and mechanical performances of fiber reinforced plastic material was introduced.With the analysis and comparison of design and construction standards for fiber reinforced plastic equipment at home and abroad,the design criteria and the selection of the factor of safety for this equipment were expounded in detail.The differences in relevant foreign and Chinese standards for the factor of safety were analyzed and compared from five respects,such as validation of material performance,and a few incorrect statements in these standards were pointed out.Finally some notes in proper selection of the factor of safety were presented.
