气化炉激冷罐的设计

摘要 激冷罐是煤化工项目中的核心设备——气化炉的重要组成部分,该设备操作工况恶劣,设计压力较大、设计温度高、内件复杂且多,设计、制造的难度大。从设备功能、设备工作原理、设备结构、材料的选取、关键部件设计控制要点等方面展开综合讨论,介绍了该设备的结构特点,通过对其腐蚀机理的分析进行了选材,并对其主要结构件进行了详细的分析论证及优化设计。 Quenching vessel is important in performance of gasification furnace which is core equipment in coal-chemical industry.It operates under severe working condition–high pressure and temperature.There are many internals which have complex structure,thus design and fabrication of them are difficult.In this article,with the respects of equipment,including functions,working principle,structure,used materials and key control points in design,the comprehensive descriptions were carried out,and the structural features of the equipment were also introduced.With the corrosive mechanism of the equipment with its working mediums,the principle for material selection was indicated.Also detailed analysis and optimum design for main parts were carried out.
