热再生塔回流泵机械密封的失效分析及优化改造

Failure Analysis and Optimum Reform of Mechanical Seal in Reflux Pump in Thermal Regenerating Tower

针对低温甲醇洗装置的热再生塔回流泵所用的集装式机械密封的运行工况、结构原理、失效形式及原因进行了详细分析,并在此基础上提出了优化改造为干气密封的可行性方案,最后从维修成本、运行可靠性和工艺操作性等方面对比分析了干气密封的优越性。

For cartridge mechanical seal in reflux pump used for thermal regenerating tower,its working condition,structure,and failure forms and causes were analyzed in this article.The feasible scheme for optical reform of dry gas seal was proposed.Finally from aspects of maintenance cost,operation reliability and operation feasibility the superiorities of dry gas seal were analyzed,and also it was compared with other mechanical seals.
