摘要
根据L形管段、Z形管段的柔性判断方法,结合冷库制冷压力管道的特定工况,通过计算,给出了高压侧制冷压力管道和-45℃、-28℃低压侧制冷压力管道的L形管段、Z形管段的尺寸比例,为快速进行冷库制冷压力管道的柔性判断或尺寸设计提供了参考依据。经过计算对比,证明空间管系不宜采用设置固定支吊架的方式拆分为平面管段进行柔性判断。
Based on the flexibility assessmentcriterion for L shape and Z shape piping sections and combined with the specific working condition of refrigerating pressure piping in cold storage,the size ratios for L shape and Z shape piping sections in the pipeline at high pressure side with the temperature of-45℃and in the pipeline at low pressure sidewith the temperature of-28℃were determined from calculation,which provide the references for fast size design and flexibility assessment for refrigerating pressure piping in cold storage.Moreover,with the calculation and comparison,it has been proved that space pipeline system should not been assessed its flexibility from being separated into planar pipeline system by using fixed supports.
