摘要
以某改造项目卧式再沸器壳程出口为例,介绍了在管道应力分析工作中压力容器管口受力的校核方法及步骤。分析认为,采用完全刚性管口计算管口受力会导致十分保守的结果;采用WRC 297计算管口刚度并用WRC 107校核管口受力是简单有效的;采用FEA有限元分析软件可以获得更加可靠的结果,但是费时费力。
Exampled with the outlet at shell side of horizontal heat exchanger in one reformed project,the method and procedure,which are used in pipingstress analysis,of calculating and checking loads acting on the nozzles connected to pressure vessel were introduced.It was concluded from the results of the analysis that unduly conservative result will be obtained for the assumption of rigid constraint at the connection of nozzle and vessel;it was feasible and simple to calculate the stiffness of nozzle using the method from WRC 297 and to check the loads using the method from WRC 107;more accurate analysis result can be acquired by use of FEA software in analysis,but it may result in labor consuming and time consuming.
