The Pioneers of Communist Party in Hunan:Students in Hunan First Normal School

以湖南第一师范毕业生毛泽东、蔡和森、何叔衡等人为主体的新民学会会员,是湖南最早的马克思主义者。伴随他们的成长历程,新民学会从学术团体演进为完全意义的政治组织,并筹划建立共产党,在湖南上空升起了一盏红色信号灯。虽然新民学会到1921年3月基本上停止活动,只存在了三年多时间,但它对中国革命的道路和方法进行了有益的探索,尤其是新民学会中的第一师范学子,对湖南建党在思想上、组织上和干部上做出了诸多贡献。

The members of Xinmin Society,with Mao Zedong,Cai Hesen,He Shuheng and other graduates from HFNS as the main body,were the earliest Marxists in Hunan province.Along with their growth,Xinmin Society had evolved from an academic group to a complete political organization,and planned to establish the Communist Party,raising a red light over Hunan.Although Xinmin Society basically stopped its activities in March,1921 with only three-year existence,it made a useful exploration of the way and method of Chinese revolution.Especially the graduates from HFNS in Xinmin Society made a lot of contributions to the Party building in Hunan in ideology,organization and leaders.
