基于灰色关联分析的湖南省产业转移综合承接能力空间差异研究

Study on Spatial Difference of Comprehensive Undertaking Capacity for Industrial Transfer in Hunan Province Based on Grey Relational Analysis

目前湖南承接产业转移规模不断扩大,产业结构不断优化,但仍存在诸多问题。为进一步分析湖南各市州产业转移综合承接能力,通过从6个维度选取了22个指标构建的综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法计算各指标权重,并运用加权灰色关联度法对湖南省14个市州产业综合承接能力进行的综合评价表明,湖南需从加强对外开放和区域协调合作力度,完善产业对接机制,改善市场环境,优化产业结构等方面采取相应对策,以激发地方经济发展动力。

At present,the scale of Hunan’s undertaking industrial transfer is continuously expanding,and the industrial structure is constantly optimizing,but there are still many problems.In order to further analyze the comprehensive undertaking capacity of Hunan cities and prefectures,22 indexes were selected from 6 dimensions to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system.The analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each index.The weighted gray correlation method was applied to 14 cities and prefectures in Hunan Province.A comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive industrial undertaking capacity was conducted,and the comprehensive undertaking capacity of various cities and prefectures in Hunan was obtained.Suggestions and countermeasures were proposed from the perspectives of strengthening opening up and regional coordination and cooperation,improving the industrial docking mechanism,improving the market environment,and optimizing the industrial structure so as to motivate local economic development momentum.
