管道风险评价与决策方法研究进展

Research progress on pipeline risk assessment and decision making methods

油气管道风险管理是通过识别和评价管道运行过程中存在的风险,并针对这些可能引发事故的风险制定出相应的风险控制对策,从而将风险水平控制在合理的范围之内。通过调研国内外相关文献,基于管道风险评价和管道风险决策优化两方面,总结了此类问题的研究方法以及各方法的优缺点,并根据目前的研究现状,对未来提出展望,为进一步开展此类问题的研究提供参考。

Oil and gas pipeline risk management is to identify and evaluate the pipeline risk existing in the operation process,and makes the corresponding risk control measures for these risk could cause the accidents.Thus,the risk level can be controlled within a reasonable range.Through the research of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the solutions of the two aspects of pipeline risk assessment and pipeline risk decision optimization,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Moreover,we provide the outlook for the future research according to the situation of the present studies.
