摘要
对化学鉴定法、紫外-可见分光光度法、制备色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、核磁共振波谱法等分析方法进行了综述。旨在为精油的开发利用提供研究基础。
The article summarizes the analysis methods of essential oil components.Chemical identification method,Uv-vis spectrophotometry,preparative chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy are summarized.The purpose of the article is to provide a research basis for the development and utilization of essential oil.
