摘要
为了预防控制煤粉制备系统中细煤粉的泄漏危险和爆炸事故的发生,基于煤化工企业煤粉制备的工艺流程,测试分析了煤化工所用煤粉的爆炸危险特性。采用混合气体泄漏模型、小孔泄漏模型,对重点泄漏危险源进行了计算。对煤粉泄漏及扩散危险提出了煤尘浓度监测、水雾喷淋等防治措施,为煤化工系统的安全运行提供了可靠保障。
In order to prevent and control the leakage and explosion accident of coal dust in the pulverized coal preparation system,the explosion hazard characteristics of pulverized coal were tested and analyzed based on the technological process of pulverized coal preparation in coal chemical industry.Using the mixed gas leakage model and the small hole leakage model,the leakage hazards are calculated.The monitoring of coal dust concentration,water spray and other prevention measures are put forward for the leakage and diffusion hazards,which provides reliable guarantee for the safe operation of coal chemical industry system.
