克拉玛依沥青延度衰减及恢复方法研究

摘要 克拉玛依沥青四组分含量具有胶质含量高、沥青质非常低的特殊性,对比分析克拉玛依沥青与少量其他沥青混合后性能的试验测试结果,对克拉玛依沥青与其他沥青混合后的品质变化情况进行了探讨,并对其混合物进行高温高速剪切试验与性能测试。结果显示,克拉玛依沥青与少量SBS聚合物改性沥青混合后,延度指标快速衰减。通过高温下高速剪切,可恢复克拉玛依沥青延度。 The four component contents of Karamay asphalt have the particularity of high colloid content and very low asphaltene content.The test results of blending Karamay asphalt with a little other asphalt are analyzed,and the quality change of Karamay asphalt mixed with other asphalt is discussed.High temperature and high speed shear test and performance test are also carried out.The results show that the ductility of Karamay asphalt decreases rapidly after mixing with a small amount of SBS polymer modified asphalt,and its ductility can be recovered by high-speed shearing at high temperature.
