我国农村土地流转研究综述

Research Review of Farmland Circulation in China

基于CNKI核心期刊及CSSCI数据库,对2009~2019年有关农地流转的研究文献进行了回顾,梳理了我国农地流转研究成果,对农地流转的研究主要从农户农地流转决策影响因素、农地流转对农民收入影响、农地流转过程中存在问题及对策等方向进行。运用系统分析法对我国农地流转的研究成果进行分析,探究农地流转的内在规律和发展趋势,为规范有序推进农地流转,深化农村土地制度改革和优化乡村振兴路径提供参考与借鉴。

Based on the databases of core journals in CNKI and CSSCI,the literatures on farmland circulation in China from 2009 to 2019 were reviewed,and the research findings on farmland circulation were combed.The main research directions were the influencing factors of decision-making of farmland circulation,the impact of farmland circulation on farmers’income,and the problems in farmland circulation and countermeasures.The research findings on farmland circulation were analyzed by system analysis method to explore the inherent law and development trend of farmland circulation,which would provide references for promoting the farmland circulation orderly,deepening the reform of rural land system and optimizing the path of rural revitalization.
