调节修复条件下水分对蒜套棉生长发育和产量的影响

摘要 为探索调节修复条件下水分胁迫对蒜套棉生长发育的影响,以鲁棉研28号为试材,采用滴灌方式灌溉,棉花水分条件设干旱、欠缺、适度、丰沛和过量5个处理,研究了不同水分条件对棉花生长发育、叶绿素含量、MDA含量及产量的影响。结果表明:适度水分处理下,棉花出苗率高,株高和茎粗最大,叶绿素含量最高,MDA含量最低,伏前桃和伏桃最多,产量最高。水分胁迫严重影响棉花生长发育,导致产量和品质明显降低。 In order to explore the effects of water stress under the condition of regulation and repair on the growth and development of cotton interplanting with garlic,taking Lumianyan No.28 as the material,the drip irrigation was applied,and the randomized block experiment was designed on different water treatments under the condition of unified regulation.The effects of water conditions on the growth and development,chlorophyll content,MDA content and yield of cotton were investigated.The results showed that the seedling rate was high,the plant height and stem diameter were the largest,the chlorophyll content was the highest,the MDA content was the lowest,the cotton bolls before and during dog days were the most,and the yield was the highest at moderate water treatment.Therefore,water stress seriously affected the growth and development of cotton,which significantly reduced the yield and quality of cotton.
