摘要
某型信号处理机安装于舰载直升机上,应用环境恶劣,给产品的可靠性设计带来了挑战。通过系统地应用简化设计、热设计、力学设计和三防设计等可靠性设计方法,以及合理地开展试验验证,充分地保证了信号处理机可以达到要求的可靠性设计水平,对于提高信号处理机的可靠性具有重要的参考意义。
A signal processor is installed on the shipborne helicopter,and the application environment is harsh,which brings challenges to the reliability design of the product.By systematically applying the reliability design methods such as simplified design,thermal design,mechanical design and three-proof design,and reasonably carrying out test verification,it fully guarantees that the signal processor can reach the rquired reliability design level,which has certain reference significance for improving the reliability of the signal processor.
