PH301高温试验箱三维工艺概述

摘要 随着科技的发展,环境试验设备制造正式进入三维自动化时代。三维软件应用的起步,标志着今后将以自动化代替人力,以三维高精度装配图的应用和配合代替原有手工量取,使误差降低,提前排除生产隐患,高速批量生产,缩短工期。以高温试验箱三维制造为例,简述了在钣金结构件装配过程中,三维软件应用介入后的制造与传统二维制造之间的一些细节的差别,并总结了三维制造过程中在细节处理时的一些注意事项,对于类似产品的三维制造具有一定的参考意义。 With the development of science and technology,environmental test equipment manufacturing officially entered the era of 3 D automation.The beginning of the application of 3 D software indicates that in the future,automation will replace manpower,and the application and cooperation of 3 D high-precision assembly drawings will replace the original manual measurement,which can reduce errors,eliminate hidden dangers in advance,mass produce products at high speed,and shorten the construction period.Taking the 3 D manufacturing of the high-temperature test chamber as an example,some details difference between the manufacturing after the intervation of 3 D software and the traditional 2 D manufacturing in the assembly process of the sheet metal structural parts is explained,and some matters needing attention in handling details in3 D manufacturing process are summarized,which has certain reference significance for the 3 D manufacturing of similar products.
