新公共服务理论视角下我国青少年体育公共服务体系建设

Construction of China's Youth Sports Public Service System under Perspective of New Public Service Theory

采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从新公共服务理论视角出发,审视我国青少年体育公共服务体系建设现状,旨在提出推进我国青少年体育公共服务体系建设的对策。研究表明:当前我国青少年体育公共服务体系建设的现实困境主要表现在相关政策较少、部门职责不清;学校体育场地开放程度差异较大,社区青少年健身设施不足;青少年体育组织管理欠规范,体育赛事受众狭窄等方面。并从青少年体育公共服务政策体系、供给体系、体育组织服务体系等3个方面提出推进青少年体育公共服务体系建设的对策。

Using literature,logical analysis,and other methods,from the perspective of the new public service theory,to examine the current status of the construction of China's youth sports public service system.Research shows that the current plight of China's youth sports public service system construction is mainly reflected in the lack of relevant policies and unclear departmental responsibilities.The openness of school stadiums varies widely,and the fitness facilities for young people in the community are insufficient;the management of youth sports organizations is not standardized,and the audience for sports events is narrow.From the three aspects of youth sports public service policy system,supply system,sports organization service system and other aspects,this paper puts forward the idea of promoting the construction of youth sports public service system.
