Objective To investigate the effects of smartphone intervention on physical activity in adults. Methods By means of literature review and logical analysis, the research progress on the intervention of sports smart devices in physical activities was reviewed, and the influence of different intervention modes of smart phones on physical activities and the changes of physical activities under the intervention of smart phones were analyzed. Results and Conclusion Smartphone intervention has been an important way to enhance physical activity and promote health.Different intervention modes of smart phones have positive effects on physical activities, which can effectively promote the increase of daily average steps and physical activity time, and significantly enhance physical activity level.Smartphone interventions can increase physical activity by increasing self-efficacy or by using healthy behavior change techniques such as goal-setting and providing feedback.
