我国学校竞技体育后备人才多元化培养模式的实践探索 被引量:6

摘要 采用文献资料法、案例分析法,对我国学校竞技体育后备人才培养模式进行实践探索,皆在塑造与培育卓越的学校竞技体育后备人才。研究认为:我国学校竞技体育后备人才培养模式的类型主要包括“企业高度参与型”“非营利组织主导型”“体教结合型”“高校主导-多元合作型”;学校竞技体育后备人才培养已不再是教育系统内部的独立发展,而是依靠企业、政府、学校、非盈利组织等协同参与、多元合作,形成了1+1大于2、1+1+1多元组合式的协同互融新模式。建议:我国学校竞技体育后备人才培养应加快社会力量补位,建立合作互促机制,推进政府角色转变,完善职业生涯规划,助力体育强国建设。 By using the methods of literature review and case analysis,this paper explores the training mode of school competitive sports reserve talents in China,which is to shape and cultivate excellent reserve talents of school competitive sports.The research shows that the training mode of school competitive sports reserve talents in China mainly includes"enterprise highly involved","non-profit organization led","sports and education combined type","university leading multi cooperation type";the cultivation of school competitive sports reserve talents is no longer an independent development within the education system,but depends on the collaborative participation of enterprises,governments,schools and non-profit organizations The cooperation with and diversified cooperation has formed a new mode of cooperation and mutual integration of 1+1 greater than 2 and 1+1+1.Suggestions:the cultivation of reserve talents of competitive sports in schools in China should speed up the replacement of social forces,establish a mechanism of cooperation and mutual promotion,promote the transformation of the role of the government,improve the career planning,and help the construction of a sports power.
