摘要
针对某石化公司炼油厂常减压装置减压塔顶腐蚀情况,通过对腐蚀机理、腐蚀现象及对标分析,找出主要原是HCl腐蚀和湿H2S腐蚀的协同作用。为保证装置长周期运行,提出相应的解决措施。
In respect to the overhead corrosion of vacuum tower of CDU plant,this paper compared and analyzed the corrosion mechanism,phenomenon and standard,found that the main reason was the synergistic effect of HCl corrosion and wet H2S corrosion,and then put forward corresponding solutions to ensure the long-term operation of the plant.
