摘要
填料密封是氢气往复式压缩机的核心部件,如果填料使用寿命短导致氢气泄漏量大,将严重威胁装置的平稳运行,一旦出现静电火花将会发生爆炸。针对老旧设备技术落后、结构简单的填料密封进行结构改型,极大降低了填料密封泄漏量,延长了填料密封使用寿命。
Packing seal is the core component of hydrogen reciprocating compressor. A large amount of hydrogen leakage caused by short service life of packing will seriously threaten the smooth operation of the unit. Once there is an electrostatic spark,an explosion will occur. The structure modification on the old equipment with backward technology and simple structure can greatly reduce the leakage of the packing seal and prolong the service life of the packing seal.
