摘要
石化装置应用MES系统能够提高生产过程中对装置的实际操作数据的实时跟踪,实现对生产过程的全程监控,从而提高石化装置生产的稳定性。为石化企业的生产、质量、能耗等生产绩效的量化考核和对标管理提供数据支持,提升企业管理水平。
The application of MES system in petrochemical plant can improve the real-time tracking of actual operation data of the plant in the production process,realize the whole-process monitoring of the production process,so as to improve the operation stability of petrochemical plant. The MES system can provide data support for the quantitative assessment and standard management of production performance of petrochemical enterprises,such as production,quality and energy consumption,and improve the business management level.
