With the huge fluctuations in international crude oil prices and the large-scale production of many domestic refining and chemical enterprises,the efficient market of refining and chemical enterprises was gradually saturated and the profitability of products was narrowed. Taking a refining and chemical enterprise as the research object,this paper analyzed the influence of the implementation of cost control,fee reduction,quality improvement and efficiency improvement on the comprehensive competitiveness.
