It is widely recognized that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has obvious advantages in preventing and treating cough variant asthma,with less side effects. In this paper,the writer systematically elaborates the thinking of TCM differentiation and treatment on this disease from the etiology and pathogenesis,the perspectives of the staged treatment,the treatment of phlegm-blood wind evil,the treatment of the internal organs,the treatment of the different physiques,the external treatment of TCM.
