建设文明乡风是提升农民素质的重要途径。高素质农民是质量兴农的前提因素,质量兴农提高农民的生活质量,富裕的农民是乡风文明的建设者。文明乡风建设与质量兴农两者相互依托、相互促进。笔者根据近几年来湖北的发展状况,对于如何加速湖北省乡风文明建设,让湖北地区的乡村走质量兴农之路进行深入探讨。
