摘要
如今,在杨梅运输和贮藏中,蓄冷剂的应用是比较常见的,蓄冷剂的出现依赖于相变蓄冷技术,其不仅可以用于高效储存冷量,还是一种能够达到物理、化学要求的特殊物。实践表明,相变蓄冷剂在杨梅运输和贮藏中的应用效果显著,可以从根本上优化保鲜效果。
Nowadays,the application of cold storage agent is more common in the transportation and storage of bayberry,and the appearance of cold storage agent depends on phase change cold storage technology,which can not only be used for efficient storage of cold quantity,but also a special which can meet the physical and chemical requirements.Practice shows that the application of phase change refrigerant in the transportation and storage of bayberry is remarkable,which can fundamentally optimize the preservation effect.
