Nursing Skills Competition Leads the Reform of Nursing Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

农村技能竞赛是检验高职学生学习成果最为直接的手段,基于护理技能竞赛的引领作用,提出了高职护理教学改革的研究.通过调整高职护理课程教学标准,引导农村大学生正确学习护理专业的相关课程,完善高职护理课程教学体系,理论结合实践,延展农村大学生知识面;改革教学方法,提高学生学习兴趣,满足不同农村学生群体的多元化需求,创新教学实践活动,提高高职护理专业学生的质量.

Rural skill competition is the most direct means to test the learning results of vocational college students.Based on the leading role of nursing skill competition,this paper puts forward the research on the reform of nursing teaching in Vocational College.By adjusting the teaching standards of nursing courses in higher vocational colleges,guiding rural college students to correctly learn the relevant courses of nursing major,improving the teaching system of nursing courses in higher vocational colleges,combining theory with practice,extending the knowledge of rural college students;reforming teaching methods,improving students'interest in learning,meeting the diversified needs of different rural student groups,innovating teaching prac tice activities,and improving the Vocational Nursing College The quality of students.
