摘要
随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们对于饮食方面的要求也日渐多样,近几年更是兴起了健康饮食的热潮。发酵产品成为了人们追捧的食品,推动传统产业焕发生机。本文主要对酵素发酵罐的演变、家用酵素发酵罐的设计进行了阐述,并展望了未来酵素发酵罐市场的发展。
With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, people have increasingly diversified requirements for diet. In recent years, there has been a boom of healthy diet. Fermented products have become popular food products, which promote the vitality of traditional industries. In this paper, the evolution of fermentative fermentative tank, the design of domestic fermentative fermentative tank and he prospect of future fermentative fermentative tank market are described.
