摘要 随着人民生活水平的提高,食品工业迅速崛起,复合调味料市场空前兴旺,逐渐向健康、低卡等方向发展。但在我国,复合调味料行业规范还具有很大的完善空间。本文将从复合调味品质量的重要性和安全风险分析出发,探讨如何对复合调味料的质量管理、安全管理进行优化,以为复合调味料的发展提供参考。 With the improvement of people’s living standards, the food industry has risen rapidly, the market for compound seasonings has experienced unprecedented prosperity, and the industry has gradually developed toward health and low-calorie. But in my country, the industry standard for compound seasoning still has a lot of room for improvement. This article will proceed from the importance of the quality of compound seasoning and the analysis of safety risks, and discuss how to optimize the quality management and safety management of compound seasoning, hoping to provide reference value for the development of compound seasoning.
