摘要
进入21世纪以来,我国的科学技术得到了飞速发展,各个领域中均呈现良好的发展势头,在这样的背景下,葡萄酒生产过程也逐渐朝着自动化、智能化和高科技化的方向发展,生产效率得到了全面提升。本文将立足实际,结合当前行业内的发展现状,对葡萄酒的酿制方法进行研究与分析。
Since the 21 st century, China’s science and technology have been developing rapidly, which have shown a good development momentum in various fields. Under this background, the wine production process is increasingly developing towards automation, intelligence and high technology, and the production efficiency has been comprehensively improved. This paper will be based on the actual situation, combined with the current development status in the industry the method of wine making was studied and analyzed.
