玉米淀粉糖生产工艺改进探讨

摘要 近年来,在健康生活理念的倡导下,人们越来越关注身体健康,不仅通过锻炼来提高自身的免疫力,还通过摄入营养物质来改善身体机能。玉米淀粉的营养价值很高,长期摄入能够提升人体免疫能力。在糖类加工行业,利用玉米淀粉制作玉面淀粉糖时,受到工艺的限制,其生产与加工难以取得巨大的经济与社会价值。基于此,本文分析了玉米淀粉糖生产工艺的改进策略,以进一步带动糖类加工工艺的进步,促进行业发展。 In recent years, under the promotion of the concept of healthy life, people pay more and more attention to their own health, not only rely on their own physical exercise to improve their immunity, but also rely on the intake of nutrients to improve their body function. The nutritional value of corn starch is very high, and long-term intake can improve the immune function of human body. In the sugar processing industry, when corn starch is used to make jade surface starch sugar, it is restricted by the technology, which makes the production and processing of corn starch difficult to obtain huge economic and social value. Based on this, this paper analyzes the improvement strategy of corn starch sugar production technology, which can further promote the progress of sugar processing technology, promote the development of the industry.
