使用特定的化学仪器对物质进行定量以及定性分析的方法便是化学仪器分析法。近年来,随着我国科学技术水平的快速提高,化学仪器分析技术水平也快速提高,现如今,化学仪器分析方式朝着多样化的方向快速发展,并且在多个领域都得到了十分广泛的应用。对于食品安全检测,化学仪器分析技术可起到至关重要的作用,确保食品的健康与人们的安全。本文研究了化学仪器分析技术在食品检测等质量控制中的应用。

Chemical instrumental analysis is the process of quantitative and qualitative analysis of substances with specific chemical instruments. In recent years, with the rapid improvement of China’s scientific and technological level, the level of chemical instrument analysis technology is also rapidly improved. Now, the chemical instrument analysis method is developing rapidly in the direction of diversification, and has been widely used in many fields of people’s daily life and work. For the field of food safety detection, chemical instrument analysis technology can play an important role in ensuring food health and people’s safety. In this paper, the application of chemical instrument analysis technology in quality control of food detection and other fields was studied.
