摘要
洋葱作为具有多种营养成分和功能性的优质作物,是现代人追求的绿色保健食品中非常重要的一种。本文从洋葱营养成分、生理功能等方面,对洋葱的医药价值和保健功能进行研究,并讨论了相应的洋葱功能性食品的开发及应用。
As a high-quality crop with many nutrients and function, onion is a very important kind of green health food in modern people. In this paper, the medicinal value and health function of onion are studied from the aspects of onion nutrition and physiological function, and the corresponding onion functional food development and application are discussed.
