摘要
近年来,食用油现代化加工工艺水平逐渐提高,但食用油的安全品质问题却日益严重。食用油安全对人类健康至关重要,本文通过分析国内食用油安全监管模式和手段,对我国食用油安全质量检测技术指标进行明确划分,从而为保障食用油的安全和相关部门加强食品安全监督提供一定的帮助。
In recent years, the modern processing technology of edible oil has been gradually improved, but the problem of edible oil safety quality is increasingly serious, and the safety of edible oil is very important to human health.By analyzing the safety supervision mode and means of edible oil in China, this paper clearly divides the technical indexes of edible oil safety and quality inspection, so as to provide some help for ensuring the safety of edible oil and relevant departments to strengthen the supervision of food safety.
