摘要
食品生产经营虽然是经济行为,但食品作为一种特殊的商品,其安全的保障不能仅仅依靠市场,很大程度上必须通过依法监管来实现。目前基层食品安全现状不容乐观,本文以内蒙古某旗的食品安全监管实际为例,对基层食品安全监管所面临的难题加以分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以期进一步完善我国基层食品安全监管机制。
Although food production and management is an economic activity, as a special commodity, food safety can not only rely on the market, it must be achieved through legal supervision. At present, the status of food safety in rural areas is not optimistic. Taking the actual food safety supervision of a county in Inner Mongolia as an example, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the grass-roots food safety supervision, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, with a view to China’s grass-roots food safety supervision mechanism to further improve the contribution.
