摘要
本文分别采用碘滴定法、滴定碘法、硅钼兰分光光度法测定了抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯的含量,研究了方法中不同的溶剂配比对抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯含量测定的影响,探究出最佳测定条件,分析比较了各种方法的优缺点。结果表明,滴定碘法精密度和灵敏度相对较好,能更好快速且准确的测定出抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯的含量。
This paper uses the iodometry, iodimetry, silica-molybdenum blue spectrophotometric method for the determination of ascorbyl palmitate. Effects of the solvent ratio of different methods of determination of the content of ascorbyl palmitate. To find out the best determination conditions. Analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The results show that iodimetry is relatively more precise and sensitive, and can be used to determine the content of ascorbyl palmitice acid more quickly and accurately.
