摘要
稻米作为全球最主要的粮食作物之一,是人类膳食结构中的主要口粮,尤其我国约2/3的人口均以稻米为主食。本课题以某潜在污染区13个稻米种植县(区)为采样点,以稻谷、糙米及稻米为研究对象,采用科学布点与定点采样,2015—2017年连续3年每年采取130份,共计390份样品,跟踪监测其重金属(镉、铅和汞)污染,通过统计学分析和单项污染安全限值进行风险评估。
As one of the most important food crops in the world, rice is also dominated in human diet. Especially, rice is the staple food for about 2/3 of Chinese people. A total of 390 samples(130 samples/every year) including paddy, brown rice and milled rice, which originated in 13 counties(districts) of potentially polluted, were selected as the raw materials during three consecutive years(2015-2017). Subsequently, the heavy metals(cadmium, lead and mercury)residues were analyzed. Risk assessment was performed by statistical analysis and single pollution margin of safety(MOS).
